Carnelian

a reddish-orange semi-precious stone used for beads and ornaments.

What it means

Carnelian is a hard, reddish-orange form of chalcedony. Indus craftspeople made highly valued carnelian beads, including etched beads that travelled through trade networks to the Persian Gulf and Mesopotamia.
